Payment safety
This website uses HTTPS to encrypt information sent between your browser and our site. Encryption protects information in transit; it is not a guarantee against every risk.
- Use only the payment method shown at checkout or explicitly confirmed by our team.
- Never send a full card number, PIN, password or card security code by WhatsApp, email or a community post.
- Check the payment provider and AUD total before authorising a transaction. Stop and contact us if anything looks different.
Confirmation and enquiries
A message or an enquiry is not a completed payment. An order is accepted for fulfilment only after stock and payment have been confirmed. If a payment fails or appears duplicated, contact PUFFAU with the order reference and payment date, without sending card details.
