These terms cover this website and purchases from PUFFAU. You must provide accurate details, have capacity to place an order, and meet any product-specific legal requirements. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security or post unlawful content.
Products, prices and orders
Read the product description and check availability before ordering. Prices are in AUD unless expressly stated otherwise. Review discounts, postage, applicable tax and the final total before payment. An enquiry is not an accepted or paid order. Acceptance and fulfilment require confirmed stock and payment. If a material error or availability issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to agree an alternative or refund any amount due.
Delivery and changes
Our shipping policy explains dispatch and delivery estimates. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or address change; a dispatched order may not be changeable. Any agreed additional charges must be disclosed before proceeding.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Partner program
Partner participation requires approval and compliance with program rules. The current structure is 12% direct, 5% level 2 and 3% level 3 on eligible discounted product value, excluding tax and postage. These positions are not combined as a 20% direct commission for every partner. No commission is earned merely for joining or recruiting. Attribution, valid purchases, refunds, the applicable holding period and payout review determine what can be paid. Earnings calculators are scenarios, not typical results or guarantees. Disclose affiliate relationships when promoting.
Content, privacy and updates
